Chung Chun is bringing Korea’s specialty hot dogs to Robson Street on Nov 10.
A new hot dog joint is joining the ranks of others on Robson Street, but this one doesn’t serve just your average hot dog. Chung Chun is a popular Korean establishment that specializes in serving Korean rice hot dogs, a trendy Korean street food that consists of a hot dog dipped in sticky rice flour batter and loaded with unique toppings. The chain has restaurants around the world, including countries such as the US, China, Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and they are opening up a location in Vancouver on November 10.
Chung Chun infuses a taste of Korea into each of their tasty handcrafted treats for maximum fusion hot dog flavour. Their signature flavours include Gamsung (wrapped in crispy fried potatoes), Mozzarella Cheese, Volcano (spicy sausage), and Squid Ink (squid ink batter with mozza cheese). Check it out today and you’ll enjoy the grand opening promotional discount: all hot dogs will cost $2.99 (with a limit of two hot dogs per person) on November 10. Their store will be open all day from 11:30 am to 11 pm.
This is totally the kind of guilty pleasure we’ve been waiting for to show up this year.
