Love to support the community and negronis? Support both when you buy a negroni at one of these amazing participating restaurants in Vancouver. Negroni week is held internationally September 13 – 19th with each restaurant or bar supporting the organization of their choice. Give back in the tastiest way possible!
1. Ask for Luigi
$1 of every Negroni ordered will be donated to the Arbor Day Foundation to plant trees!
2. Miantiao
At Miantiao, you can order three unique variations of this classic cocktail. Their Dopocena (goji berry-infused gin, cacao nib- infused Campari and sweet vermouth), Kun.mi.to (campari, sweet vermouth, carbonated white tea, bitters and citric acid) or Negroni Agrumato (botanical Baijiu, vermouth blend, and campari). $1 of any of the three drinks will be donated to the Bartenders Benevolent Fund that supports Canadians working in the hospitality industry.

For Negroni Week, the Pourhouse has launched a spin-off of the classic drink with their Mifune (suntory Roku Gin, Campari, Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro, and a salted sakura yuzu tincture). $1 from each cocktail sold will be donated to Wellness Worldwide to support Food Aid and relief in Afghanistan.

For Negroni Week, you can try their “Red Harvest” spin-off in a bottle, made with Suntory Roku Gin, Campari, Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro, and a salted sakura yuzu tincture. $1 from each will be donated to the Arbor Day Foundation.

This awesome restaurant has two variations of the negroni for you to try this week, their Kun.mi.to (as you can find at Miantiao, with sweet vermouth, carbonated white tea, bitters and citric acid) and their cold brew version with Revolver Coffee, Cinzano sweet vermouth and Campari. $1 from either drink will be donated to Rainbow Kitchen, that provides food security for families to address hunger and child nutrition.
