The Richmond Sunflower Festival Is Officially In Full Bloom

The lower mainland is home to tons of incredibly picturesque sunflower fields. The Richmond Sunflower Festival, one of those closest to Vancouver, is now officially in full bloom!

This stunning sunflower festival is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon and is so close to the city!

Not only can you wander through 20 acres of flower fields any day of the week but on Thursday evenings you can even join a yoga class in the Dahlia fields! August 19th & 26th are the last available days to join in so make sure you book ahead!

The site is also home to the Richmond Country Farms Market where you can buy delicious local berries and corn to take home with you.

We recommend you book in advance on their website here, because it’s cheaper than in-person!
