Vancouver Mysteries is the city’s first mystery game company, bringing digital and in-person games to life for Vancouverites to enjoy at home or off-the-couch. This summer, with the weather permitting, there are 4 thrilling outdoor mystery games running every 30 minutes of every day in downtown Vancouver — the perfect opportunity to get to know your city (and your loved ones) just a bit better.
Once you choose your game of interest, you’ll be instructed to meet at a secret starting location by your “game operator” (Agent X if you will) who will provide you with everything you need to embark on your quest. Armed with maps and clues, will you be able to solve the mysteries?

Gastown Murder Mystery Game
Jimmy Capello was stabbed, poisoned and strangled in downtown Vancouver, and it’s your job to solve the cold case murder. Roaming through the streets of Gastown, pick up clues and present them to the Police Chief as fast as possible to be at the top of the leaderboard. And if you can hand in your report within 90 minutes, you get extra points as well!
Gastown Murder Mystery Game is an intermediate game, which means there’s a possibility you won’t win but don’t worry — you’ll still receive a badge of honor for your hard detective work. Ready to uncover the truth behind Jimmy’s murder?

This game is ideal for those kids at heart who enjoy solving an easy riddle for the thrill of it. Heroes & Villains will introduce you to Muck Monster and her gang — supervillains who have learned how to harness the power of mother nature for evil. Their goal? To make Vancouver the greenest city in the world. In order to stop her from destroying our beloved town, you’ll need to uncover her hideout, discover her secret identity and stop her attacks altogether. If you’ve ever wanted to experience a real life “good vs. evil” superhero chase, this is it!

All Vancouver Mysteries games start and end close to Waterfront Station, the cruise ship terminal and convention centers — which makes them easy-to-access and completely hassle-free. Game gear will be provided before each game, and you won’t have to worry about downloading an app since Vancouver Mysteries prides itself on “real-life fun”.
